Susie Donaldson joined Kolesar Studios in January of 2006 after she completed her apprenticeship with Lara Kolesar. Susie began using Pilates for rehabilitation after struggling with a low back injury following the birth of her second child.

Susie lives in Berthoud with her two children. Prior to teaching Pilates she worked as a Clinical Social Worker for 10 years, assessing and treating children and families with emotional health issues. “Body and mind are so connected, I enjoy working with the body to create a sense of well being for both.”

Outside of the studio Susie enjoys free time with friends, music, and just being with her family in beautiful Colorado.
